Armelle Blanchet
U.S. Talent Partner Lead

Armelle Blanchet is U.S. Talent Partner Lead at UCB. In this role she leads a team of talent partners to support U.S. employees and recruitment to enable UCB’s ability to deliver maximum value to patients.

Previously, Armelle supported the Marketing Practice and Corporate Strategy and Development Teams as a Talent Partner.

Prior to joining UCB, she developed her career at GlaxoSmithKline in human relations, holding various roles in the pharmaceutical, vaccine, and consumer businesses at global and local levels. Her primary work was dedicated to supporting the business and pharmaceutical affiliates in the Belgium/Netherlands region, France, and the United Kingdom.

She holds a law degree in Employee Relations from the French University of Cergy Pontoise.

Married and mother of 2 children, Armelle is a French national who has recently located to the United States.
