Jaime works closely with her global colleagues to cultivate consistent approaches in strategy and risk mitigation throughout the U.S., European, and Intercontinental regions. She has over 15 years of experience providing legal counsel in the pharmaceutical industry, and she is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, performance, and growth.

Jaime most recently led the team of U.S. product attorneys responsible for supporting UCB’s immunology portfolio, providing legal counsel to U.S. and global leadership on product commercial strategy and execution.  She served as the lead U.S. attorney supporting the launch of BIMZELX® (bimekizumab-bkzx).  Before joining the UCB U.S. Leadership Team (USLT), she was named by USLT as one of UCB’s Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) 2023 Rising Stars nominees, recognizing women in the first 15-20 years of their professional careers who exemplify leadership, contribute significantly to their organizations in numerous areas, and exhibit dedication to the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining UCB, Jaime was Regulatory Counsel at Merck, providing legal support to the Human Health Division and Research Division.  Before moving in-house, she practiced at the global law firm of King & Spalding, where she was a core member of their nationally recognized team defending pharmaceutical manufacturers in high-stakes litigation.

Jaime is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of The Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, whose mission is to create stability for families and individuals in need by distributing donated furniture to turn their houses into homes.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading for pleasure, and volunteering with her daughters’ school and soccer teams.

Jaime received her Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Washington & Lee, where she studied Japanese for four years.
